PPDM Fall Conference and AGM

The PPDM Fall Conference and AGM was held in Calgary on October 20th and 21st and was attended by over 80 oil and gas data management professionals. Conference delegates represented a broad spectrum of industry from operating companies, service organizations and vendors. A significant number of the delegates traveled a long distance to attend the conference in Calgary with one individual flying in from PDVSA in Venezuela.

The Conference agenda included 15 excellent presentations on a range of topics related to data management together with a panel discussion, training, and several well attended workgroups. During the Conference, an exciting announcement was made about a name change for PPDM to reflect the expanding needs of membership. At the AGM, a new Board of Directors was voted in to continue to provide industry leading guidance to the association.
