The Calgary TELUS Convention Centre (CTCC) is owned by The City of Calgary and operated by the Calgary Convention Centre Authority. The facility annually hosts between 500 and 1,200 conventions, business conferences and events and has been serving Calgary and visiting delegates as a full-service convention centre since 1974.

In 2011, Fuse performed a major redevelopment of the CTCC website. In addition to a fresh, new design, Fuse revised the site navigation to make it easier and more intuitive for the site's three main audiences – meeting planners, exhibitors and guests – to find the information they need. Home page design features rotating images of CTCC facilities as well as large, direct-access buttons for each of the target audiences and a rotating listing of current and upcoming events at the CTCC.

Fuse performed a complete edit and update of site content, making it easier to read and eliminating needless duplication. In addition, Fuse created custom modules to handle customer testimonials, events calendar, news and career listings.
